Due to the nature of alcohol products:

• Returns or refunds for change of mind are not accepted

• Products damaged, faulty, or incorrect on arrival will be replaced or refunded

• Claims must be lodged within 72 hours of delivery

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will offer a replacement or refund.
