ENOUGH Shipping Policy

At ENOUGH, we pride ourselves on delivering your order safely, quickly, and with the care our products deserve. All orders are shipped from our Australian warehouse using trusted delivery partners who specialise in handling alcohol.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at this time.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During busy periods, events, or launches, processing time may extend slightly — but we will always keep you updated.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery time varies by location:

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days

  • Regional areas: 3–8 business days

  • Remote areas: 5–12 business days

These are estimated timeframes provided by our courier partners and may vary due to weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen delays.


Age Verification (18+)

As we ship alcohol, all orders require:

  • Someone aged 18 or over to accept delivery

  • Proof of age on delivery if requested

  • No authority to leave unless confirmed safe and compliant

If no one 18+ is available, your parcel may be taken to a collection point.


Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly marked on our website or social channels.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.


Authority to Leave (ATL)

Because we ship alcohol, ATL is only available:

  • In eligible locations

  • When you explicitly select it at checkout

By choosing ATL, you accept responsibility for the parcel once delivered.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or lost in transit, we will investigate this with the courier and resend your order where necessary.


Incorrect Addresses

If your shipping address is entered incorrectly:

  • Before dispatch: we can update it at no extra charge

  • After dispatch: a re-delivery or redirection fee may apply


Damaged Parcels

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace or refund the item immediately.
