Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998, it is illegal to supply alcohol to minors (under 18) in Victoria, with a penalty exceeding $23,000 for supplying adults. Similarly, it's illegal for individuals under 18 to purchase or receive alcohol, with penalties exceeding $900. This applies to both licensed premises and private settings.
